All full-time employees (who work a regular schedule of at least 30 hours per week) are eligible for the following benefits on the 1st day of the month after 30 DAYS of employment:

Medical Insurance - We currently have eight plan options to choose from that are sure to accommodate the needs of all of our employees.  And, the Company pays up to 75% of the employee's cost!

Dental Insurance - We currently have two plan options to choose from that come with a College Tuition Rewards Program.

Vision Insurance

Short-Term Disability - Employees may elect this coverage so that they have financial protection should they have a personal medical need to be off work for more than 14 days.

Company-Paid Life Insurance - All full-time employees receive a company-paid life/AD&D policy in the amount of $15,000.

Voluntary Life Insurance - Employees who want more life insurance than what the company provides may purchase Voluntary Life Insurance up to $500,000.  Spouse and child(ren) life insurance is also available.


ALL Rimrock Auto Group employees (full - and part-time) are eligible to participate in the Rimrock Automotive, Inc. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan any time after six months of employment.  The Company matches 33% on the first 6% of the employees gross earnings contributed.


Full-time employees receive Paid Time Off (PTO) to use for vacation, sick time or other personal reasons and is based on the employees anniversary date with the company:

            At Six Month Anniversary                   2 Days

            At One and Two Year Annivesaries    9 Days

            At Three Year Annivesary Plus           14 Days
